Participants will be guided through the tasting of small sampling cuisines paired with glasses of tea; each session reflects a story in Taiwanese tea history. One completed degustation runs approximately 1.5 hours.
The food will be designed and prepared by Be.llong Private Dining from London and the tea will be paired by Deerland Tea in the Foodlab Hamburg.
The event will be guided in German language by Ms. Jan, Shiou-Lan.
