Justus Brinckmann Gesellschaft
Why not become a member of the Justus Brinckmann Gesellschaft (JBG), the association of friends of the Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe Hamburg? Founded in 1886 by Justus Brinckmann as the "Kunstgewerbe-Verein" (Arts and Crafts Association), the JBG is the oldest and, with around 3,000 members, the largest friends' association of its kind.
The MK&G offers a wide range of opportunities for unpaid voluntary support work. You can host our visitors, assist the curators, give concerts on the historical keyboard instruments or help out in the Bucerius Library. We are delighted about your interest! Contact us via email@example.com.

The MK&G was founded in 1877 by citizens for citizens. Its collection has grown over generations, particularly thanks to the unbroken commitment of citizens of Hamburg who donated items, made it possible to purchase them, or entrusted assets from their estates in favour of the MK&G. If you would also like to support the MK&G by a donation, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
