Das dünne Goldblech mit punziertem Rand zeigt eine Herme zwischen zwei Lorbeerzweigen auf einer zweistufigen Basis. Augen, Haare und Geschlecht der Herme sind gepunzt. Links befindet sich ein Monogramm, rechts ein spiegelverkehrtes Z.
Die Scheibe ist Teil eines angeblich aus Südrussland stammenden Fundkomplexes von Totenschmuck.
