    Etikett: verso u. Mitte: in Druckschrift: "Zwischen gewaltigen Maschinen und Schwungrädern taucht ein feiner Gelehrtenkopf mit schlohweißem Haar und durchgeistigten Zügen auf. Es ist der 73jährige Zahnradfräser Gustav Lüders. Seit 1890 gehört er der Werft an. Über ein halbes Jahrhundert! Ihm unterstehen heute noch sieben Maschinen, die alle laufen. Besonders beliebt ist Lüders wegen seiner Tätigkeit als Werkdichter. Wenn die Maschinen Selbstgang haben, steht er vor seinem Arbeitspult und schmiedet inmitten des Lärmes Verse für seine Kameraden. Sie fließen ihm nur so aus der Feder."
