Der Skyphos zeigt auf beiden Seiten einen Frauenkopf, der sich jeweils minimal unterscheidet. Beide Köpfe schauen nach links und tragen einen einzipfeligen Sakkos mit einer weißen Punktreihe und gelbem Nackenteil. Sie tragen außerdem weißgelbe Diademe und Ohrringe mit Anhängern. Es schaut am Ohr jeweils ein Haarnest mit einer Korkenzieherlocke hervor.
Unter den Henkeln ist jeweils eine Palmette auf gefirnissten Bögen abgebildet, rechts und links stilisierte Ranken mit Fächerpalmetten und dreieckigen Mustern. Unterhalb der Gefäßlippe ist ein nach rechts laufendes Wellenband dargestellt.
