Das Innenbild wird von einem umlaufenden Lorbeerzweig gerahmt. Dargestellt ist ein auf einem Felsen sitzender Eros nach links. Die Standleiste ist in Form eines ionischen Kymas gebildet. Eros hält in seiner Rechten eine Schale mit Blatt- und Blütenzweig; mit der Linken stützt er sich auf dem Felsen ab. Die Haare werden von einem Kekryphalos gehalten und sind zum Lampadion frisiert. Neben Stirnschmuck und Ohrgehänge trägt Eros schärpenartig eine gepunktete Brustkette. Im Bildfeld befindet sich links eine Rosette, hinter dem Felsen ein kleiner Strauch.
Besonders markant ist der Einsatz der Zusatzfarben, die dem Bild eine intensive Lebendigkeit verleihen.
