Das Gefäß ist stark verzogen, da es im noch nicht endgültig ausgehärteten Zustand bewegt wurde. Die Außenseite dieser Knopfhenkelschale ist schwarz gefirnisst, am Rand läuft ein Stabband um.
Innen ist der obere Teil der Gefäßwandung mit einem stilisierten weißen Blattkranz sowie einem Wellenband verziert. Im Tondo ist ein Frauenkopf im Profil nach links dargestellt. Die Haare sind in einem Sakkos zusammengefasst. Vor dem Frauenkopf befindet sich eine senkrecht gestellte Schale mit ursprünglich weißem Rand (Zusatzfarbe verlöscht); rechts und links des Halses sind kleine, stilisierte Ranken zu sehen.
