Mondsichelförmige Anhänger finden sich in bronzezeitlichen Kontexten, treten wieder in der hellenistischen Goldschmiedekunst auf und erfahren in römischer Zeit eine neue Entfaltung.
Die oben und unten schräg abgekantete Mondsichel scheint mit Hilfe einer verlorenen Wachsform hergestellt worden zu sein. An den Kanten sind keine Nahtspuren nachweisbar. Als Hängeöse dient ein zum Dreiviertelkreis gebogenes Goldblech, dessen Enden durch Auflage eines schmalen Blechstreifens verstärkt wurden. die etwas ungleichmäßig verteilte Querriefelung der Öse ist von außen eingeschnitten.
