Als Mitra wird eine bogenförmige Schutzplatte für den Unterleib bezeichnet, deren konvex geschmiedete Rundung der Form des menschlichen Bauches entspricht. Mitren scheinen eine kretische Besonderheit zu sein. An Ringen hängend wurden sie vermutlich an einem unter dem ausladenden Rand des Glockenpanzers getragenen Gürtel befestigt.
Die Ränder der Mitren sind in der Regel wie die Brust- und Rückenpanzer um einen Verstärkungsdraht gerollt. Auf einigen nimmt eine figürliche Darstellung das ganze von den Parallelleisten umrandete Segment ein.
Diese Mitra weist nur parallel zum Rand verlaufende Relieflinien auf. Eine Verzierung wie bei den beiden Mitren Inv. 1967.50.a und 1967.50.b ist nicht (mehr) zu erkennen. Am oberen Rand ist nur das mittlere Loch für die Öse zur Aufhängung erhalten.
