Unter dem Titel "L’Escriture financiere dans sa naïfueté" erschien vermutlich in Paris um 1640-1650 das Schreibmeisterbuch von Louis Barbedor, welches verschiedene Beispiele für die Weiterentwicklung der Kanzleischrift, der italienischen 'Cancellaresca' in Frankreich bietet. Die Musterbriefe sollen vor allem der geschäftlichen Handelskorrespondenz dienen, worauf auch der Titel des Werkes hindeutet.
