Seite A des Deckels zeigt einen Frauenkopf mit Sakkos nach links. Das Haar ist als geschlossene Masse mit vorgezogener, nach oben gebogener Haarsträhne und zwei auf den Hals fallenden Haarsträhnen gezeigt. Die Frau trägt ein Strahlendiadem, ein gepunktetes Ohrgehänge und eine gepunktete Halskette als Schmuck.
Auf Seite B befindet sich eine Fächerpalmette mit seitlich ausgreifenden Ranken.
