Eingebunden sind im vorliegenden Exemplar einige handschriftliche Blätter am Ende des Bandes. Auf dem mit Stempelmuster geprägten Ledereinband ist mittig auf dem Vorderdeckel die Inschrift eingeprägt: "GSANG BVECH PFAR HERLAZHOFEN 1625".
