Der Anhänger in Form eines Skarabäus (Mistkäfer) wird von einem antiken Goldbügel gehalten. Die Unterseite weist ein geschnittenes Bildfeld mit der Darstellung der Göttin Isis-Hathor auf.
Das Bildfeld wird von einem Strichband gerahmt. Auf einem kastenförmigen Thron mit seitlicher Riefelung sitzt die Göttin nach links, die Beine und der Kopf sind im Profil, der Oberkörper frontal wiedergegeben. Als Kopfschmuck trägt die Himmelsgöttin, die als Kuh verehrt wurde, die Sonnenscheibe zwischen Hörnern.
In ihrer vorgestreckten Rechten hält sie einen Stab, der in einem großen Blatt endet. Möglicherweise handelt es sich um eine Andeutung, dass Hathor auch als Baumgöttin verehrt wurde. Mit der Linken hält sie ein Sistrum (Rassel). Ein Ankh-Zeichen in der Ecke der Thronwandung verweist auf das ewige Leben. Die Schriftzeichen um die Thronende ahmen Hieroglyphen nach, ergeben aber keinen Sinn.
