Diese bibliophile Edition von Ovids Liebeselegien ist 1935 von Philippe Gonin verlegt worden mit Illustrationen von Auguste Rodin. Dessen Zeichnungen sind von Jules-Léon Perrichon in Holzstich ausgeführt worden. Von Perrichon stammt auch das Porträt Rodins in Profilansicht, das dem Titelblatt gegenüber steht. Vorliegend das vom Künstler J.-L- Perrichon signierte Exemplar mit römischer Nummerierung II auf Büttenpapier "papier Maillol". Lose Bogen in cremefarbigem Umschlag in Schmuckschuber.
