Die Unterseite ist tongrundig, der Rand weist ein Spitzband auf. Zwischen den Bildern der Seiten A und B befindet sich jeweils eine Fächerpalmette.
Seite A zeigt einen Frauenkopf nach links, Seite B einen nach rechts. Die Haare sind in einem Kekryphalos zusammengefasst und im Lampadion frisiert. Ein Strahlendiadem, ein Ohrgehänge und eine gepunktete Halskette dienen als Schmuck. Vor den Köpfen sind stilisierte, weiße Efeublätter, hinter ihnen Dreipunktmotive dargestellt.
