Doing Glitter with Magdalena Grüner: Shitty Craft Club at the MK&G

In Hamburg, we say “Tschüss” – to perfectionism! Come join us at the MK&G for an afternoon full of glitter, glam, and chaos, where we’ll craft to our heart’s content – and without any expectations. Equipped with glue guns, beads, and everything a craft lover could wish for, we’ll decorate picture frames, thread friendship bracelets, and create trophies for big, small, and tiny achievements. No prior experience? No problem! We’ll provide the materials, and all you need to bring are your best (or worst!) ideas. You can expect a creative space where you can let loose without any pressure, plenty of craft supplies to use as you wish, and a relaxed atmosphere focused on creating, not on skill.

The workshop is led by Magdalena Grüner, inspired by Sam Reece's Shitty Craft Club.

 

All materials are included in the participation fee. The workshop will take place in the D.I.Y. room of the exhibition and will be conducted in German.
