On this floor you can see the permanent exhibitions of the collections Modernity, Art Nouveau, Islam, Buddhism and Samurai, the Japanese teahouse and Musical Instruments. Here you can also find the Restaurant Café Destille.

Ground Floor

On this floor you can see the permanent exhibitions dealing with Ancient Art and the Renaissance Collection, Christiantity in the Middle Ages, the Milde-Speckter Rooms, the Louis-Seize Room, the Spiegelsaal and historical keyboard instruments from the Beurmann Collection. The Walther König bookshop is directly next to the entrance.
